Marketing Technologies Communications Lead Position
Overview:
We are seeking a strategic communications professional to lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide communications strategy. The successful candidate will manage communication responsibilities for multiple Marketing Technology Products and support communications aligned with an enterprise-wide Customer Engagement/Experience project.
About You:
The ideal candidate possesses strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills. They have knowledge and passion for transformation/change communications, experience in coaching leaders, and share best practices to deliver best-in-class Transformation/Change Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute communications strategies and plans.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders across our partner ecosystem to drive proposals and scope models.
3. Orchestrate project change and communications strategies to reach business stakeholders and drive results.
4. Participate in RFP processes, vendor assessment, and selection.
5. Plan and execute town halls, roadshows, demos, user engagement sessions, and conferences.
6. Shape project communication campaigns that articulate the differentiated value of the project.
7. Prepare performance reports and implement continuous improvement measures.
8. Lead internal communications and implement multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years as a Communications Senior Manager or equivalent.
2. Bachelor Degree in Communications or relevant field.
3. Fluent English (C2 level).
4. Excellent writing/editing skills and portfolio/credentials.
5. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proactive and goal-focused, transparent, and open with excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Track record of successfully positioning mid-large scale transformations and projects implementation/culture transformation work.
9. Team player with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.
