Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain Organizational Impact Matrix: Keep the matrix of organizational impacts up to date.
2. Conduct Impact Analyses: Perform organizational impact analyses with business and project teams.
3. Engage Key Stakeholders: Utilize all available levers to mobilize and engage key stakeholders involved and impacted by the ERP program rollout.
4. Operational Management: Ensure the operational management of change management activities planned within the ERP Program (decision support, definition, deployment, and monitoring of deliverables).
5. Support Managers: Assist managers in establishing action plans (presenting impact analyses, defining actions, and monitoring implementation).
6. Report Issues and Progress: Report blocking points, results, and follow-up to the Change Manager.
7. Prepare Communication Content: Prepare communication content and actions.
8. Coordinate Technology Deployment: Plan and coordinate the deployment of new technologies in impacted agencies and departments.
9. Evaluate Post-Deployment Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees post-deployment.
10. Facilitate Communication and Collaboration: Enhance communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project, including business teams.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience: Proven experience in applying change management principles.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and French.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365.
4. Personal Traits: Ability to handle stress, methodical, organized, and autonomous.
