Role Summary:
Elevate awareness and drive growth as the Chief Marketing Officer at Amaris Consulting.
You will spearhead a global marketing and communication team, promoting the company's activities, expertise, and talent community to key stakeholders.
Your Missions:
* Define and lead Amaris Consulting's global marketing and communication strategy, ensuring its execution at the local level.
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of internal and external communication, including brand image, events, social media, digital marketing, and more.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive thought leadership strategy, with a broad and diverse range of content (articles, studies, opinion pieces, etc.) and ensuring it reaches the right audience.
* Support our business activities as a key strategic partner through the different stages of the sales cycle: structuring offers, responding to calls for tenders, RFPs, RFQs, specific communication with clients, and sales support.
* Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that include targeted outbound actions such as email campaigns, cold outreach, and account-based marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Implement inbound marketing tactics to attract, engage, and convert leads through compelling content, SEO, and marketing automation, ensuring a seamless and effective lead nurturing process.
* Define, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize marketing ROI and contributions.
* Create and execute strategies for events, conferences, marketing campaigns, etc., to enhance brand recognition, with a strong focus on client acquisition.
* Lead and manage an international team of approximately 10 people.
* Ensure alignment with the Group's communication and marketing plan, working closely with the Mantu Marketing & Communication team.
Your Profile:
* Strong expertise in both communication and marketing, with a deep understanding of market challenges and proven expertise in marketing levers that drive business and growth.
* AI & technology driven.
* Academic background: Master's Degree from a top-tier business school or university.
* Previous experience in consulting, digital, services industry or technology fields, with proven managerial experience. Knowledge of our specific industry is a plus.
* Fluent in English and French.
* You have a business and solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work with all the Group's departments and functions. You demonstrate a strong culture of delivery and performance, and skills to persuade and align numerous stakeholders.
