Your Role
As an Admin & HR Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our global HR functions and administrative tasks within our dynamic, international environment. You will report directly to the CFO and CEO and ensure the seamless operation of our team across all countries in which we operate.
Your responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding, administering payroll, and supporting the overall administration of multiple business entities that are part of Full Stack Supply Co.

Responsibilities
HR:
* Support hiring managers in the recruitment process.
* Support employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
* Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.
* Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
* Administer the Time-Off Management System.
* Manage all company-wide systems (Google Suite, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, Adobe, etc.).
* Lead the performance review process.
* Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training sessions.
* Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing HR correspondence and organizing files.
Admin:
* Scan and send mail to the appropriate recipient; support with any ad hoc claims or unexpected communication.
* Manage company insurance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (business liability, vehicles, social insurance, etc.).
* Manage the vehicle fleet in collaboration with the Sales team.
* Take ownership of all company assets (computers, screens, workstations, etc.).
* Manage various administrative tasks for each of our offices.
Your Profile
We're looking for an organized, process-driven, and enthusiastic Admin & HR Specialist to contribute to our vibrant workplace culture. You'll have strong communication skills and feel comfortable working with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Your attention to detail and discretion will be crucial as you manage sensitive employee information and ensure accuracy in documentation. A natural sense of curiosity will be one of your greatest assets, helping you improve our HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Requirements

We're seeking someone fluent in French and English with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices is preferred. Knowledge of Swiss payroll is a strong plus; an interest in learning is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Suite are required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently are also essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are crucial. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment is also necessary.
