As a Technical Business Analyst, you will operate at the interdisciplinary interface between banking and information technology. This challenging position offers versatility and a high level of responsibility, as you will significantly contribute to the development of sustainable solutions. We are looking for dedicated Technical Business Analysts who specialize in shareholder disclosure. In this responsible position, you will undertake the following tasks:
1. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams across international locations, including Australia, India, and the UK.
2. Capture, analyze, and refine requirements, and take responsibility for IT specifications, particularly in the context of data feeds and analysis.
3. Support development teams in creating test cases and participate in the implementation to ensure smooth data aggregation and quality assurance for group regulatory reporting.
4. Analyze and assess business processes in the context of IT system changes to ensure efficient processes.
5. Assist the Scrum Master in scheduling necessary resources, especially when coordinating with internal and external IT service providers.
6. Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders regarding product-related queries.
7. Perform data analysis to understand data flow, support decision-making processes, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Your Profile
Your Profile:
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience in requirement analysis, process consulting, and solution design.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Knowledge of systems such as Avaloq, Temenos Data Suite, and data warehouse solutions.
* In-depth understanding of data interfaces and banking processes.
* Analytical and problem-solving approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools, e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Xray.
