About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Geneva.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer projects for our traction substation activity.
* Organize and oversee all tasks related to the project, including team project follow-up.
* Ensure material delivery meets customer contract requirements (quality, cost, delay, and performance).
* Maintain constant communication with clients during the project.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a project manager in the electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machines, railways, traction power, etc.).
* Railway or traction power experience is beneficial.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese and French are a strong plus.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Familiarity with contract management and legal terms.
* Excellent communication and commercial skills.
* Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
* Capacity to adapt to client schedules.
