Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop business prospecting new clients, manage current accounts, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop business prospecting strategies and manage existing and new product sales covering railway, renewable energy, and industrial applications.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams, product line managers, product development teams, marketing, and other departments.
* Prepare key business meetings with prospective clients to develop business opportunities.
* Provide market feedback to product development teams and after-sales support.
* Identify market opportunities in railway, industrial, and renewable energy applications and guide the development of new business segments and product roadmaps.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven track record introducing power products to new international clients, driving key people across the organization.
* Minimum 5 years of technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment.
* Familiarity with high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility industries.
* Ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
* Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
