Job Description
We are seeking an Event Manager (f/m/d) to join our Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Event Strategies: Create and implement short-term and long-term event plans to boost brand awareness, attract new audiences, and influence brand perception.
* Coordinate Global Events: Manage supplier coordination, event planning, and operational follow-ups for global events.
* Support Local Markets: Provide guidelines, best practices, and feedback to support local markets with event execution.
* Position Events in Marketing Strategy: Enhance retail experiences and gather event data to support holistic customer journey management across teams.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends through a monthly Competitor Report to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Commercial or retail apprenticeship with additional marketing or business qualifications.
* Experience: 4+ years of experience in a related role within the luxury industry.
* Retail Experience: Solid retail experience in the fashion industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
* Languages: Proficient in German and English (both written and oral).
