Job Description
In our Middle Office department, you will be working within the Institutional Operations Services team.
Your main tasks :
* Answer and/or coordinate operational requests/issues in the areas of payments, settlement, corporate actions and taxes, for mainly institutional or AM clients coming from the different Institutional Sales desks.
* Support Back Office teams in their requests to external partners.
* Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with the Securities Specialist, Settlement team and Middle trading.
* Analyze client requests with the respective Back Office teams or Vice Directors.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Back Office Service or Sales support;
* Good knowledge of Payments and/or Corporate Actions;
* Fluent in French and very good command of English;
* Reliable, good learning capacity and adapting well in a continuously changing environment;
* Stress resistant, able to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize tasks;
* Client service minded with excellent written and oral communication skills;
* Analytical skills, with attention to details;
* Master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and generally interested in technical tools
