For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
MARKETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR - FIXED TERM CONTRACT (8-9 MONTHS)
Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of the local marketing strategy.
* Design and execute annual event plans for the designated business area.
* Manage speaker and host logistics, including agenda setting, speaker research, and coordination of presentations and briefings.
* Prepare event materials, such as invitations and detailed on-site schedules.
* Conduct post-event evaluations and debrief meetings.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures during event planning and execution.
* Manage project budgets and maintain cost controls.
Profile Required:
* Experience in investment management, asset management, or private banking is a plus.
* Proven track record of designing, executing, and assessing the impact of events for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
