JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Global Product Manager here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in leading the offering management function. You will beresponsible for driving the development and execution of offering strategies todrive growth and profitability. Your strong leadership skills, strategicthinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will beessential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business. You willreport directly to Director Global Offering Management, Edge Devices, BMS andyou will work out of our Givisiez location on a Hybrid work schedule. In thisrole, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth,product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resourceallocation, risk mitigation, and overall success. Your role is instrumental indriving business growth and maintaining a strong market position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the offering management function and drive the development and execution of offering strategies for KNX, EnOcean & Actuators
2. Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
4. Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
5. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
6. Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
16. Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles
17. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
18. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
19. Strong leadership and people management skills
20. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
21. Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
