The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team of engineers and process enthusiasts. We develop, manufacture, and run production equipment for the cosmetics, food and pharma market to provide high quality products for our customers and consumers. Our team is currently working on scaling up our first commercial production plant to bring products to market in the Fine Fragrance sector. Our product has the potential to reshape this industry.
The Impact
As a Maintenance Technician at Microcaps, you will play a crucial role in repairing and troubleshooting mechatronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and assisting with internal commissioning and acceptance of production machinery. This role will be based in our production site in Worben, Kt. BE, fixed for an initial 6 months period, with the possibility of extension to a more permanent role.
What you bring:
* Several years of professional experience in technical service or a comparable position.
* Valid driving licence class B.
* Sound knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
* Experience with maintenance and repair of technical systems and machines.
* Basic knowledge of building services engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply).
* Confident handling of common measuring instruments and tools.
* Basic IT knowledge and experience with computer-aided maintenance systems.
