IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at BCIC Swiss GmbH. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first- and second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS systems.
* Maintain ticket updates and ensure timely communication on issue resolution.
* Support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and desktop applications.
* Perform preventative maintenance on IT equipment.
* Diagnose network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
* Broad experience with Networks, Servers, AV, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
* Flexibility to work in a dispatch-based role.
Requirements:
* 20-hour weekly work permit in Switzerland.
* Solid understanding of computer systems and IT/computer knowledge.
