REQUIREMENTS
The ideal sales leader will work to:
1. This position will report to the Head of Sales & Business Development DACH in Germany.
2. Achieve/Exceed Quota
3. Execute against quarterly set Sales KPI’s
4. Work with global regional sales teams to develop compelling sales strategies and processes and manage risk
5. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as excellent existing business networking and lead generation tools
6. Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the cost benefits and ROI calculations
7. 5-10 years sales experience selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers across various industries
8. Minimum of 5 years of Client Relationship and/or delivery experience
9. Expertise in SAP solutions & projects
10. Proven record of success in prospecting, relationship building, and closing key logo accounts
11. Ability to Consult with C-level executives to develop ideas and strategies for solving their challenges in a fast changing market
12. Well-versed in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Procurement and Cloud Solutions
13. Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within Swiss midsize and enterprise market
14. Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
15. Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with an ability to write in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
16. Positive, high energy level, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding client environments
17. Multi-Lingual: German, English and preferable French as well
