Role Insight
This is an exciting opportunity to join our driven and ambitious team at our Flagship Corner in Geneva, where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a portfolio of clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
We prioritise the customer experience here at Watchfinder, so your primary role will be to deliver outstanding in-store experiences, leaving customers satisfied and with a new watch on their wrist.
To achieve this, you will take a proactive approach, networking with clients, guiding them through the sales process, and forging lasting relationships.
Collaboration with colleagues is essential for positive store performance, making teamwork fundamental to success at Watchfinder.
This role requires a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Greet customers visiting the store or scheduled for appointments.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or website.
* Manage the sales process from start to finish, including appointments, viewings, purchases, and aftersales care.
* Utilize a diary system to maximise customer conversion.
* Develop personal client relationships through effective selling skills, proactive outreach, and the use of client books.
* Maintain a clean and tidy store environment to ensure impeccable presentation for customers.
* Share experiences and knowledge with colleagues to enhance team development.
