Main Tasks
* Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
* Lead the internal weekly Performance reviews
* Analyze data-driven sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth to ensure the business unit meets yearly revenue expectations.
* Develop accurate sales forecasts / risk based on historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline information, campaign / winback performance.
* Create detailed sales reports and dashboards for senior management and sales teams.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
* Ensure revenue data quality and integrity.
* Assist in creating yearly targets and incentive campaigns for different products, regions, and sales teams.
* Track and evaluate sales team performance against targets and goals, bonus scheme and report to Finance.
* Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales managers and representatives to improve performance.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align on strategies and objectives.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Assist in the development and management of sales budgets and resource allocation, and their monitoring.
* Understanding of Finance cycles (Month end, Budget, Forecast) and active support in revenue recognition (provision of accruals by customer etc.)
Responsibility
* B2B RE budget planning and rolling forecast.
* Training of sales teams on data tools, reporting systems, or best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications
* Master degree in Business or engineering.
* Previous experience in communicating clear insights to top management.
* Extensive experience of building data driven financial or sales models.
* Some previous exposure to Sales excellence topics and Revenue growth operations.
* Ability to both perform in detailed analytics and to deliver clear actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Strong business acumen in Real Estate classifieds and SaaS revenue growth achievement.
* Thorough analytical skills and fair knowledge about usual data complexity topics.
* Willingness to confidently drive highly ambitious targets.
* Fluent English required, some German skills preferred, French or Italian is a plus.
* Strong competence or willingness to learn our analytics tools: Salesforce, Tableau, Excel.
