They are seeking a passionate Growth and Development Executive to lead the expansion and success of their clinic partners. Implementing strategies to enhance clinic performance, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making. We are looking for candidates who excel in relationship building, technical implementations, and providing comprehensive support to guarantee success within the clinic partners.
Key responsibilities:
Clinic Growth Strategy – develop and implement effective strategies to enhance clinic performance.
Clinic Onboarding and Support – guide new clinics through the onboarding process, smoothly integrating the platform. Providing ongoing technical support and optimising clinic operations.
Training and Education – conduct comprehensive training sessions for clinics, ensuring they leverage the technology to enhance patient experience.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, clinic management, or a similar role within the aesthetics, dental, veterinary, or similar industries.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and train others on software platforms.
Business-orientated mindset with a true consultative approach.
