Key Responsibilities:
* Project lead for materials management (raw material and artwork) & capacity planning for new projects with customers and new products
* Strong collaboration with different stakeholders (Plant managers, Supply Chain leaders, Sales Managers) creating balance between customer demands and supply chain targets
* Standardizing and optimizing processes and developing tools in Supply Chain, particularly regarding material and artwork management, delivering optimum customer service level, working capital performance, and costs as defined by the organization's business operation plans and strategic objectives
* Providing and analyzing SCM KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate supply planning and process excellence (on-time delivery performance, inventory, etc.)
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
* University degree or equivalent
* 8-10 years of work experience
* Experience in functionally leading (sub-)projects / teams
* Self-organization and international mindset working with cross-functional teams in different countries
* Empathy thinking, high confidence level, and entrepreneurial spirit
* MS Office (high level in Excel), MS Project basic skills appreciated
* Excellent English language skills; Dutch and German is a plus
