Working student in Business Intelligence/ Data analytics (f/m/d)
What? Working student in Business Intelligence (f/m/d) for 40-50% (16-20 h/week).
Where? Gümlingen (Bern) or Crissier, Switzerland
When? 01.04. for at least 12 months.

What we care about:
* You are a registered student with a strong interest in data and analytics.
* You possess excellent English language skills, and a strong knowledge of French is necessary.
* You have experience working with Excel; knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and SAP would be an advantage, with a solid understanding of data management and CRM systems.
Your responsibilities:
* Ensure data quality, especially in the CRM system (e.g. correct customer segmentation, types of customers, potentials, contacts).
* Training the sales team to maintain and improve data quality standards.
* Conducting market research to identify and analyze relevant companies in specific sectors.
* Identification and recommendation of process improvements and data quality enhancements.
* Extract and analyze relevant projects from the Swiss procurement platform of the public sector (simap).
