Job Description: Helicopter Quality Manager
Location: Alpnach, Switzerland
Position Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the central contact person for all quality management and safety management topics related to customer orders and projects.
* Manage and process activities related to the qualification, licensing, and authorization of employees.
* Complete and track tasks arising from safety reports, occurrence reports, and incidents.
* Prepare and implement internal and external audits, providing support to auditors during various external audits.
* Review and ensure compliance with quality management requirements and applicable processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21, etc.).
* Experience in quality management, including audits and certification processes.
* Solid knowledge of aircraft and their systems, including technical processes.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Efficient work habits with high competence in MS Office applications and QM tools.
* Fluent in German and English.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
