Looking for a domain expert in Consumer Products, Retail (CPR) Industry to support clients requiring expertise in different domains such as retail management, consumer packaged goods management, consumer behavior, customer relationships, e-commerce platform enhancement, etc.
Hands-on experience in the areas of Consumer Markets, Customer Experience, Master Data Management, Analytics, Omnichannel, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Returns/Refunds, Reverse Logistics, Store Operations, Merchandising and Pricing including Assortment planning, Pricing, Promotions/Coupons.
Responsibilities:
* Deep expertise in the Retail/CPG domain. Should have handled and delivered complex projects in any of these industries.
* Responsible to drive growth for Capgemini Invent. The candidate shall work in their area of expertise and drive revenue growth to the industry/group market strategy, support capability sales and delivery at target accounts, and deliver on projects as the subject matter specialist & solution designer delivering the design.
* The role will drive industry knowledge development and thought leadership delivery. Drive ecosystem development externally (alliances, joint solutioning, account activation) and internally through go-to-market training and development.
* Acting as a bridge between the client's ask and Invent/other teams to holistically develop and shape the solution/proposal/RFP/RFI, etc.
* Leverage the understanding of the Retail, CPG sector and client business thoroughly to identify potential opportunities to grow the account.
Primary Skills
* Education qualification – MBA (preferably in Product Management, Strategy & Consulting), BE preferred.
* Experience and any specialized knowledge – 15-25 years of experience in the CPR industry or relevant organizations demonstrating work related to Customer Relationship Management, Product Development, Inventory and Order Management, D2C, B2B, B2C, Digital Marketing, SEO, Omnichannel Selling, Digital Transformation, etc.
* Process Analysis and redesigning strategy.
* Consumer Markets, Customer Experience, Master Data Management, Analytics, Omnichannel, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Returns/Refunds, Reverse Logistics, Store Operations, Merchandising.
* Digital Transformation, Product Management, Multi-channel/e-commerce fulfillment knowledge, RFI/RFP Management, Continuous Improvement Process knowledge.
Secondary Skills
* People Management Skill – Ability to lead a team comprising of members from different bands/levels.
* Decision-Making Skill – Ability to take charge and make important decisions.
* Self-managing - Manage themselves to meet commitments and deadlines. Proactive and dependency/impact aware in the situation.
