As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products as well as related after-sales services.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop partners' service preparation execution and performance assessment establishing annual service targets and ensuring goal achievement steering partner's continuous service level improvement.
* Coordinate with legal and commercial teams to sign After-sales agreements with new distributors appointed.
* Conduct regional visits organize meetings workshops and activities with regional partners reviewing business plans ensuring quality of service network through timely training tooling and supportive materials manage customer satisfaction NPS assist partners in closing customer complaints in a timely manner authorize goodwill and management.
* Investigate and collect market information cooperating with HQ for business plans and strategies coordinate with Customer Service teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
* Closely collaborate with Supply Chain teams on spare parts deliveries steering parts service level improvements coordinate after-market activities and service campaign implementations introduce BYD Aftersales Service IT systems platforms such as DMS LMS TIS to regional dealerships and authorized service networks ensuring system platform deployment in each terminal service shop.
Main Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree acquired through education or work experience demonstrating working and thinking level.
* Proven experience as an After Sales Manager within an OEM environment preferably automotive.
* Strong leadership skills at least 5 years managerial experience required.
* Affinity with electric mobility demonstrated through knowledge and interest.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and abroad including potential trips to China indicating 25% of time spent on travel.
* Excellent communication negotiation and language skills English native speaker German highly desirable additional CEE languages or Chinese a plus.
* Customer service and automobile-related working experience essential.
