Job Summary
As an expert Thai masseur/masseuse, you will be a key element of our team of dedicated professionals. You will be tasked with providing top-level authentic Thai therapeutic massages to our clients, adhering to the quality standards and excellence that our salons are renowned for.
With 5 years of professional experience in giving authentic Thai massage or a degree in Thai therapeutic massage from a recognized institution, you will possess the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional massage treatments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide authentic Thai therapeutic massage treatments using traditional techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation, increase flexibility, and promote general relaxation.
* Assess client needs by discussing health issues, identifying areas of tension, and recommending appropriate massage techniques.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of services and client experience through training, learning new massage techniques, and participating in team meetings.
* Educate clients about the benefits of Thai massage for health and wellness, advising on stretches to practice at home and promoting relaxation and stress management.
Requirements
* Citizen of a European Union country or member of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
* Education: Degree in Thai therapeutic massage from a recognized institution, or 5 years of professional experience in giving authentic Thai massage.
* Language Skills: Acceptable level in French or English, with opportunity for language training if necessary.
* Integration in Switzerland: Familiarity with Swiss culture and customs can be facilitated through courses offered by our establishment.
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, create a welcoming environment, and manage client expectations with professionalism.
