Job Description
This role will be part of an innovative team shaping the future of Ralph Lauren's Supply Chain landscape as a Business Analyst.
You will play a key role in delivering IT capabilities aligned with Supply Chain business requirements while driving operational efficiency initiatives.
You will work in an SAP environment but also with other systems part of the RL Supply Chain Landscape.
Responsibilities
* Lead discovery meetings to gather and formalize business requirements.
* Consult with stakeholders to identify optimal solutions and quantify potential benefits.
* Help develop comprehensive project plans and estimate effort.
* Design end-to-end Supply chain, Procurement, and Sales processes.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and deliver IT capabilities.
* Define test scenarios and ensure system testing before hand-over to UAT.
* Coordinate UAT and assist Business Users when required.
* Build deployment plans and follow execution until implementation.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Proven experience in SAP SD and MM modules, specifically in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP Supply Chain systems, including design, implementation, and integration of Logistics and Procurement processes.
* Comprehensive understanding of SAP integration architecture and industry best practices.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and processes.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
* Language Requirements: Fluency in English.
* Experience with logistics and execution management tools is a plus.
* A Prior experience in Supply Chain operations within Luxury, Fashion, or Retail sectors would be an asset.
