As part of our continued growth, our Swiss office is looking for its future Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial development in the region.

As a Sales Manager (HRIS/T&E), you will play a key role in business development and client relationship management:
Business Development & Sales Growth
* Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for HRIS & T&E solutions.
* Expanding our presence on the Swiss market: winning new clients (net new names) and growing existing accounts.
* Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, coordinating demos with Presales, writing proposals, and closing deals.
* Collaborating closely with our Delivery, Marketing and Partner teams.
Client Relationship & Partnerships
* Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) and C-level executives.
* Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
* Track opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
* Actively participating in RFPs and contract negotiations.
Product Expertise & Lead Generation
* Stay up to date with market trends, technology developments, and competitor solutions.
* Implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture high-value prospects.
* Showcase our HRIS & T&E solutions through impactful presentations and demonstrations.
* Representing Arago at events, trade shows, and webinars.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions or IT services.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur. Amadeus Cytric is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of the Swiss market (enterprise and mid-market segments, local ecosystem).
* Results-driven mindset: you love hunting for new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
* Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
* Self-starter, well-organized, autonomy, flexibility & agility, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel across Europe.
