Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and define the hardware architecture of communication products, such as those for MVB, Ethernet, and CAN bus systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
* Spearhead the conceptualization and circuit design of embedded systems for rail vehicle field bus communication, as well as for analog and digital I/O systems and robust power supply units.
* Oversee the selection of hardware components, assessing technical specifications to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
* Coordinate and supervise the construction of prototypes and demonstrators within our state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
* Develop test concepts in preparation for product launch and mass production, ensuring that all quality, performance, and reliability standards are met.
* Act as contact for our customer's electronics experts, providing authoritative guidance and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Your Profile:
* You have a record of autonomous, high-quality work demonstrating significant dedication and resilience under pressure, as well as an excellent and proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic young tech company environment.
* You have advanced proficiency in circuit and PCB design for embedded communication solutions, with strong skills in both digital and analog circuit technologies, and expert use of design software.
* You possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) troubleshooting, with a special focus on identifying and resolving issues related to conducted disturbances, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and enhancing product reliability and performance.
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, electrical, communications engineering or in a related field, gladly also with a doctorate.
* You exemplify a strong team player attitude, adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, actively supporting peers, sharing expertise, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to achieve collective goals and drive project success.
