Responsibilities
* Organization of applicant management for all vacancies, takeover of individual vacancies as recruiter from A - Z.
* Main responsibility for education (7 apprenticeships), coordination with vocational trainers, supervision/recruitment of apprentices.
* Development of (high) school marketing and organization of the company's presence at HR/career fairs.
* Collaboration in the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
* Active participation in the development and expansion of the Ziemer Group's employer branding in collaboration with HR management and marketing.
* Assisting with the planning and implementation of events and other HR activities/projects.
* General HR tasks, creating statistics and reports.
* Substitutions in the 5-person HR team.
Profile
* Basic commercial training or business school.
* HR-specific further training (e.g. HR administrator) an advantage.
* At least two years' experience in Human Resources Management.
* High level of initiative, solution and service orientation.
* Communicative, creative personality, enjoy working in a small team and contact with all stakeholders.
* Experienced with electronic media and MS Office products.
* Business fluent in German, good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage.
