As the Community & Influencer Manager, you will be the heart and voice of the brand, driving organic engagement and fostering relationships within our client’s target audience. Your mission is to build, nurture, and inspire a vibrant online community, working closely with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach. You will also play a key role in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and social commerce initiatives. The offices are in Zurich but consideration will be given to candidates based remotely who are fluent German speakers (i.e. based in Germany) willing to make regular trips to Zurich. Key Responsibilities Community Building: Develop and nurture relationships with women aged 30+ and corresponding communities/groups, who are on a journey to improve their health and well-being. Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and manage engaging content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and others) to foster organic growth and brand advocacy. Influencer Partnerships: Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, relevant community owners, and creators who align with our client's mission and values to expand brand reach and engagement. Campaign Management: Plan and execute engaging campaigns, including challenges, live events, and collaborations, that drive interaction and community growth. Content Creation: Work closely with the creative team to develop authentic, impactful, and visually stunning content tailored to our audience’s needs and interests. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor engagement metrics, analyse trends, and optimise strategies to ensure continuous growth and community satisfaction. Social Commerce & Growth: Implement strategies to increase direct sales and conversions through organic social media initiatives, including shoppable content and social commerce tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of e Commerce, Performance Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across all customer touchpoints. Experience required Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management, community building, or influencer relations, within FMCG, or B2 C health and wellness sectors. A deep understanding of women aged 30+ and their health and wellness journeys. Strong networking skills, particularly within Zurich’s health-conscious and wellness community. Fluent German speaker (B2, C1)Proficiency in all major social media platforms and tools, with expertise in growing and engaging online communities. Experience with social commerce strategies, including shoppable content and e Commerce integrations. Creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for content creation and digital storytelling. Analytical and data-driven approach, with experience in performance tracking and insights-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and resourceful in identifying growth opportunities.
