At UBS Asset Management, you’ll get to:
* build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
* support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
* learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes, focusing on private infrastructure and real estate investments
* contribute to fundraising efforts by completing RFPs and creating compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
* conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activity to enhance investor communication and position the firm as a market leader
Your team
You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering. You’ll be part of the Investor Relations Real Assets team within UBS Asset Management’s Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) unit. With circa USD 250 billion under management (across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Private Credit), UGA is a leading global alternatives investor, channeling UBS Wealth and Institutional capital into both UBS and third-party best-in-class alternative investment vehicles. The Investor Relations Real Assets team is a dynamic, committed, and ambitious team that focuses on Infrastructure and Real Estate. We are the key partner to the Investment Specialists in securing commitments from new investors and managing relationships with existing investors. We strive to be a trusted partner for our investors, client advisors, distribution colleagues, investment teams, and the entire value chain of Unified Global Alternatives.

Your expertise
* will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12 months of work experience post-graduation
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* fluent in English and in German
