Job Description You strengthen and expand the client portfolio in Switzerland and internationally by identifying new opportunities and actively prospecting. You understand clients' needs and offer tailor-made solutions aligned with the company's industrial capabilities. You manage projects in collaboration with internal teams, from feasibility analysis to contract implementation and development follow-up. You promote a strong recycling and refining culture across all relevant company departments. You contribute to budget planning and ensure debtor follow-up. You represent the company at trade shows and seminars to enhance its market positioning. You monitor technological and competitive trends to anticipate industry developments. The Successful Applicant You have a formation in chemistry, physics or metallurgy. You have a proven sales experience, ideally in precious metals recycling and refining. You have a good network in the industrial, watchmaking and/or recycling sectors. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build long-term business relationships You are commercial minded. You enjoy being in the field and you are able to work independently. You have good written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and French (B1), German and/or Italian is a plus.
