Job Description
* You strengthen and expand the client portfolio in Switzerland and internationally by identifying new opportunities and actively prospecting.
* You understand clients' needs and offer tailor-made solutions aligned with the company's industrial capabilities.
* You manage projects in collaboration with internal teams, from feasibility analysis to contract implementation and development follow-up.
* You promote a strong recycling and refining culture across all relevant company departments.
* You contribute to budget planning and ensure debtor follow-up.
* You represent the company at trade shows and seminars to enhance its market positioning.
* You monitor technological and competitive trends to anticipate industry developments.
The Successful Applicant
* You have a formation in chemistry, physics or metallurgy.
* You have a proven sales experience, ideally in precious metals recycling and refining.
* You have a good network in the industrial, watchmaking and/or recycling sectors.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build long-term business relationships
* You are commercial minded.
* You enjoy being in the field and you are able to work independently.
* You have good written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and French (B1), German and/or Italian is a plus.
