About the Role

We are seeking an experienced full-cycle mortgage recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire mortgage professionals who demonstrate excellence in their work. You will spearhead the recruitment process from start to finish, utilizing multiple candidate sourcing methods in your search.
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and extensive experience as a mortgage recruiter, with a proven track record of consistently placing top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Expand candidate search opportunities with top talent sources, including colleges, networking groups, military sources, technical schools, and service organizations.
* Develop effective outreach methods to job seekers, such as open houses, job fairs, job boards, social media, and high-volume cold calling.
* Maintain accurate and detailed communication records in the applicant tracking system.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to design and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.).
* Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, qualification evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow-up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
* Recent knowledge of human resource policies, hiring best practices, EEO, and affirmative action policies and guidelines.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.
* Three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sales management, branch management, or mortgage loan origination in the mortgage industry, real estate, or financial services industries.
* Proficiency in CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools.
* Superb communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
