In this position within the Technics division you will be responsible for the Goods receiving of technical aircraft material. This job opportunity provides an exciting challenge in the area of logistics within the aviation industry.
Starting date: February 01, 2025 or upon agreement.

Tasks:
In this role you will be responsible for the accurate inspection and release of material in accordance with the applicable specifications and standards.
1. Perform quality inspection of received parts, check the physical condition, approved documentation, condition status, quantity delivered and insert the relevant information into the system.
2. Labelling of serviceable parts in accordance with internal procedures and the legal requirements.
3. Perform virtual receiving for material used in outstations.
4. Transfer of non-approved parts to quarantine area.
5. Keep orderly and updated records of quarantine area.
6. Ensuring packing of parts in accordance Manufacturers and ATA300 specification.
7. General storeman task by supporting other warehousing sections.
8. Storage of parts in the respective location.

Requirements:
1. Successfully concluded education or long-standing experience in the area of logistics, mechanics or aviation.
2. Willingness to work shift (3 shifts / 24/7).
3. Knowledge about the EASA and NAA regulations.
4. Experience in airline business processes and supply chain is a plus.
5. Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is an advantage.
6. Driving license Cat. B.
7. AMOS knowledge is an advantage.
8. Basic goods receiving training as advantage.
9. Dangerous good training as advantage.
10. MS Office skills.
