Your Responsibilities – diverse & full of responsibility
* You welcome and assist our international guests from check-in to check-out – with elegance, charm, and professionalism.
* You are flexible in early, late, and night shifts, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
* You support the Front Office Management with both operational and administrative tasks, taking responsibility for designated shifts.
* You anticipate guest needs before they are expressed and respond proactively – with great attention to detail.
* You act as a vital link between Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments, ensuring the highest service standards throughout the hotel.
* You represent our values – with presence, passion, and a natural sense of refined hospitality.
Expected from 01.06.2025 - Season (3-4 months),
* Experience at the front desk of a luxury or high-end hotel, ideally with PMS knowledge (Opera Cloud and others).
* A genuine passion for service, impeccable personal presentation, and excellent manners – in both English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
* A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and organizational skills – even in demanding situations.
* A team player with flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts.
