Your Responsibilities Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities
Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties within EU and outside EU
Compensation trade
Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements
Preparation of correction notes
Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements
Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies
Archiving documentation
Reconciliation of RMA returns
Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
Running month-end closing reports
Our Requirements Experience in accounting
Experience in handling A/P process will be an asset
Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or similar field
Good knowledge of English language
Experience with SAP system would be an asset
Good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail
Good organization skills and a willingness to learn
Proactiveness and improvements driver
Teamwork spirit
