Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Programme Design and Curriculum: Support continuous curriculum improvement, ensuring alignment with overall programme content, goals, and industry standards.
* Develop comprehensive plan to manage and balance student workload across the curriculum.
* Manage extracurricular content, such as fireside chats.
* Design and prepare reflection questions to support student learning and self-assessment using students' self-reflection tool.
Digital Learning:
* Further develop online, virtual content of the programme, ensuring high-quality educational materials and outstanding learning experience.
* Consolidate digital strategy for the programme and explore new technologies and tools.
* Coordinate with multimedia services and faculty to oversee production of materials.
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance:
* Coordinate course evaluation process, including preparing, collecting, and analyzing feedback from students, as well as designing feedback sessions.
* Participate in or lead projects aimed at improving innovativeness of the programme, as well as running benchmark analyses.
Coordination and Administrative Tasks:
* Work closely with marketing and programme management teams.
* Plan and support programme delivery for ETH-hosted in-person course weeks.
* Implement and maintain documentation and version control system to ensure all programme materials are up-to-date and archived appropriately.
Required Profile:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
* Proven experience in higher education or learning & development positions, ideally with experience in research and instructional design.
* High affinity for new technologies and online learning.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to get things done and hands-on attitude.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German would be an asset.
