Job Title: Senior ERP Delivery Manager

Job Summary
The Senior ERP Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of AIMS Transformation initiative, coordinating various projects under the Transformation program.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Under the supervision of the Director, ESD, be accountable for delivery in all aspects - financial, staffing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements where present.
2. Lead the execution of the overall transformation strategy, coordinating products delivery of projects under the program mandate, in collaboration with the solution implementer, vendors and project teams.
3. Oversee the configuration and integration of ERP modules as per the business process and requirements.
4. Manage business relationships, expectations, represent delivery on the relevant governance level.
5. Coordinate the adoption of cloud solution strategy in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
6. Champion the use of best practices, process simplification and coordinate with process owners to translate them into the new solution.
7. Ensure transformation follows Governance, Risk and Compliance standards.
8. Establish and maintain the overall delivery plan and related resources allocation.
9. Ensure that the connected project work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports are prepared, executed, and monitored appropriately by all the solution team members.
10. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives. Identify and manage project risks and flag serious issues early.
11. Where applicable, facilitate the resolution of solution design and integration issues.
12. Work actively with project stream leads to resolve issues causing delays in task completion. Escalate and resolve whenever possible critical path issues that impact the achievement of key milestones.
13. Work actively with the service and operations team to ensure mutual interdependencies are fulfilled and ensure the preparedness for the cutover to production.
14. Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Advanced university degree in information technology, computer science, business management or a related discipline. A first-level university degree in one of the afore-mentioned fields plus two years of relevant professional experience in addition to the experience requested below may be acceptable in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Project management certification, preferably Prince2.
Program Management certification, preferably MSP.
Experience (Essential)
1. At least ten years of relevant professional experience in driving digital transformations, in the context of ERPs.
2. Experience in leadership positions, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager, in the context of at least one large-scale ERP project, with a strong preference for Cloud ERP implementation.
3. Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagements.
4. Proficient in translating architecture into detailed implementation plans for public cloud deployments.
5. Proven experience of finance and HR services digital transformation, including the lifecycle of project implementation, user acceptance testing and release planning.
6. Proven experience with vendor management, consulting or outsourcing Account, in particular with ERP market leaders.
7. Experience in working with business users and delivering cost effective solutions.
8. Knowledge and experience of designing and implementing Oracle Fusion and related products for medium to larger Organizations.
9. Excellent knowledge and experience in implementing business improvement and best industry practices.
10. Experience in a similar post within the United Nations common system involving ERP implementation.
11. Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
12. Knowledge of other official UN languages, particularly French.

Mobility: WIPO staff members are international civil servants subject to the authority of the Director General and may be assigned to any activities, office or duty station of the Organization. Accordingly, the selected candidate may be required to move from time to time to new functions and/or to another duty station.
Total annual salary consists of a net annual salary (net of taxes and before medical insurance and pension fund deductions) in US dollars and a post adjustment. Please note that this estimate is for information only.
P5 $92,731 Post adjustment $63,150 $155,881 Currency USD Salaries and allowances are paid in Swiss francs at the official rate of exchange of the United Nations.
* Initial period of one year, renewable, subject to funding and satisfactory performance. Fixed-term appointments granted for approved projects shall be for a period whose minimum and maximum duration are tied to the funding and terms of reference of the project. The overall duration of a fixed-term appointment for a project shall normally not exceed five years. Fixed-term appointments granted for approved projects shall not be converted to a permanent or continuing appointment.
