Your responsibilities will be to:Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer relations and complaint managementAct as a contact person for all quality topics in relation to the customer's specificationsMaintain collaborative relationships with customersManage actively the customer complaints in direct contact with the relevant production departmentsLead quality and root-cause analysis of claimed/returned actuatorsHandle external change management with customers (change announcement, PPAP submission)Participate in the execution of audits and be the customer voice in productionOur requirements:Engineering degree - preferred to the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or relatedRelevant experience of ideally 2 years in a similar position; Fresh graduates are also welcomed to applyQuality related experience in metal parts manufacturing would be an assetFamiliarity in the problem-solving methodology by using Q-tools such as 8D, Fault-Tree Analysis, IshikawaBasic technical experience in DC / BLDC / stepper motors, plastic and injection materials, stamping would be an assetFamiliarity with test procedures and equipment for automotive applications would be an assetProficient French and English language skills - both written and verbal (knowledge of German is considered a plus)Highly team-oriented individual, capable of dealing with pressure and adversityProactive and organized person with high communication and problem-solving skillsGood time management and collaboration skills, coupled with 0 PPM mentalityWhat we offer:A truly international and multicultural work environment, with vertical and horizontal career development paths globallyThe opportunity to further develop your professional skills due to the wide range of products we manufacture to our customer
