Head of Sales System Integration
About the Role:
You will supervise Sales Managers in Datacenter, Workplace and Network Solutions. This includes resource management, staff training, recruiting, proposal preparation, coaching, strategic development, and execution of the go-to-market plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support staff in personal and professional development through individual coaching.
* Enhance communication quality with customers and set objectives.
* Cultivate productive working relationships with internal sales teams and domain partners.
* Manage team performance in terms of quantity and quality, address escalations, and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
* Several years of sales experience in the technology sector.
* Experience in management roles with expertise in technical and business management.
* Knowledge of the IT partner ecosystem (People & Solution).
