Job main responsibilitiesOperational:• Organize and conduct plant process audits (safety, quality, performance & efficiency).• Provide process expertise support to address plants' operational requests (settings, issues, optimization, etc.).Engineering:• Define and size optimal process solutions for new project investments.• Follow up on the process aspects of projects during the implementation phase.• Oversee commissioning processes from start to performance achievement, including operational training of employees.Innovation, Development, R&D:• Develop innovative dry process solutions with a focus on performance, efficiency, sustainability, and CO2 footprint reduction.• Plan and coordinate pilot trials with pilot plants.• Create and develop tools for process definition/sizing, drive digitalization initiatives, and support machine design.• Evaluate process solutions available in the market.QualificationsDegree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of work experience in Engineering, ideally in the mineral industry.Experience in dry grinding processes (development, optimization, and implementation).Strong analytical skills.Fluency in English; any additional language is a benefit.Willingness to travel up to 30%.ContactDaniel Bolliger, HR Business Partner, T +41 62 789 23 22 #J-18808-Ljbffr
