Your Tasks
* Support the team in executing and optimizing email marketing programs to achieve optimal campaign performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer journeys, segmentation, forms, and workflows that drive engagement and conversion.
* Evaluate new and emerging test technologies and tools to enhance our marketing capabilities.
* Monitor and analyze email marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Support the day-to-day running of the business within Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing, interacting with business users, technology partners, and providing guidance and operational support.
* Create and update guidelines (SOPs) for Marketing Automation topics to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
* Assist the Marketing Automation Manager in the daily business operations.
Your Profile
* Possess a degree in digital marketing, business, journalism, media, communications, or related fields.
* Hold full business proficiency in English language.
* Familiarity with Marketing Automation (or Email Marketing) is beneficial but not required.
* Demonstrate motivation, resourcefulness, and a curious self-starter mindset.
* Show proficiency in common technologies such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Exhibit strong communication skills and attention to detail.
