Key Responsibilities
The Team Leader is responsible for managing operations to ensure the productivity of the site. He/she is also responsible for managing resources, performance indicators and the security of goods and merchandise. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that safety instructions are applied to his/her colleagues. He/she is responsible for the management of the team entrusted to him/her.
1. Manage and lead the logistics team: Be responsible for applying HSSE rules and instructions.
2. Ensure communication within the team, Organize and lead daily briefings (SOS)
3. Define annual objectives for his/her team,
4. Manage operations and ensure productivity
5. Manage and optimize activities,
6. Organize and monitor activities in accordance with company procedures and in line with customer expectations.
7. Deployment of Work instructions
8. Define and monitor KPI'S,
9. Report any non-conformities to your manager and the quality department.
10. Report on the proper management of the products entrusted and the resources used: Ensure compliance with work and safety regulations,
11. Report any malfunctions or anomalies encountered to the Shift Leader and make suggestions.
We are looking for
12. Previous experience in a similar role
13. Operational warehouse Supervision skills
14. Employment Law knowledge (basic)
15. Communication and relationship building at all levels (Customer, Management, Operations).
16. Ability to lead, direct and motivate across all departments.
