The HR Associate has an integral role with a primary focus on talent acquisition, people development, and the employee experience. This role delivers HR projects and activities including employer branding and newcomer welcome processes.
Talent Acquisition
* Manage end to end resourcing requirements and workflow to attract and hire top talent, including proactively identifying talented candidates using multiple sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn, other platforms, recruitment fairs, and talent pools, as well as managing all resourcing related vendor partnerships, such as recruitment consultants.
* Develop, in partnership with internal teams, AC Immune’s employer brand to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice, including the design and success of our newcomer welcome program, as well as developing and maintaining the content of our internal communications platform/intranet.
* Design and participate in industry career fairs, networking events, and other initiatives that build and strengthen the company's talent pipeline.
* Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a positive and seamless start.
* Research options to support the HR Manager in the design and implementation of an effective and efficient applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Engage professionally with all questions and concerns, ensuring a professional and personal employee and candidate experience.
* Partner with the HR Manager to develop, implement, and manage e-learning and L&D platforms.
* Maintain learning records and manage external learning and coaching vendor relationships.
Employee Engagement
* Actively influence and manage all activities relating to the companywide adoption of employee engagement activities and tools.
* Design and launch employee engagement surveys and tools in close collaboration with the HR Manager.
* Support the implementation of a new Intranet solution.
Qualifications
* Significant HR experience with demonstrated resourcing and learning & development expertise.
* English proficiency is necessary. French proficiency is beneficial.
* Proficiency with MS Office tools (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to analyze and synthesize multiple streams of confidential data.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Initiative and a proactive approach to work.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Evidenced development of strong collaboration skills, with a capacity to act autonomously.
