Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive Safety Culture and ensuring the implementation of Safety and Quality Policy within the organization. Key tasks include performing line maintenance, A-checks, P-checks, and out-of-phase checks, as well as structural damage assessments and repairs.
Your Tasks
* Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated and implemented within the organization.
* Perform line maintenance work packages, including certificate of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, and AOG recovery.
* Conduct A-checks, P-checks, and out-of-phase checks work packages.
* Carry out structural damage assessments and repairs.
* Ensure that aircraft are operating in airworthiness conditions.
* Work autonomously within a team spirit environment and assist the shift-leader or supervisor.
* Maintain clear communication and reporting.
Your Profile
* Holding a valid B1 EASA Part-66 License, type-rated on A320.
* Holder of sheet metal skills.
* Good command of verbal and written English.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Positive attitude and solutions-oriented.
* High degree of customer focus, good communication, and team-oriented.
* Proven ability to work under pressure.
* Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.
