The Role
You will be part of the team representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions for selected Pharma and Biotech companies.
Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level.
* Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
* Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs.
* Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate.
* Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges.
Requirements
* 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services.
* 3+ years of account management within the Life Science industry.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
* Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions.
* Strategic account planning and execution skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Understanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory and Safety.
