The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Electrical Safety Solutions Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on growth in collaboration with the business development manager, product line managers, and sales organization.
* Define product market introduction plans and drive implementation to support worldwide sales network.
* Develop promotional material, including commercial brochures, presentations, videos, animations, and e-learning modules.
* Prepare comparative competitor product analysis to support product line managers and sales team.
* Maintain product documentation and define annual needs for trade shows/fairs.
* Manage marketing budget and contribute to yearly strategy review meetings.
Requirements:
* Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics.
* Further education in industrial product marketing.
* At least 10 years international experience in sales and product marketing.
* Successful track record in product marketing, driving key people across the organization.
* Proven working experience as a product marketing manager.
* Good knowledge of high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility sectors.
* Ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, French and German desirable.
