Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to drive our brand marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, storytelling, and communications, ensuring consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a deep understanding of brand marketing within the watch and jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a brand marketing and communication strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
* Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity.
* Create and implement a brand marketing toolkit, brand deck, and guidelines to ensure cohesive marketing actions.
* Drive innovative and impactful campaigns that effectively reach the target audience.
* Develop seasonal advertising campaigns in line with brand DNA and market trends.
* Translate brand strategies into compelling campaigns and project briefs for the creative team.
* Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform brand marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with the design, marketing, and studio teams to manage the production of creative assets.
* Prepare and manage the brand marketing budget while tracking performance and ROI.
* Define, track, and measure brand marketing KPIs to assess effectiveness.
Requirements
* Swiss, EU/EFTA Citizenship or valid permit to work in Switzerland
* Native or highly proficient in French, with good command of English
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the watch and jewelry industry
* Strong strategic planning and creative thinking skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
* Experience in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and campaign execution
* Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, design collaboration tools)
