The company seeks a Key Account Manager to manage Sandoz business with key customers of national or regional relevance, serving as the primary point of contact and defining strategies along the product lifecycle in collaboration with marketing and other departments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Ambassador: Represent Sandoz on customer level, achieving highest Customer Satisfaction.
* Achieve Sales and Profitability targets with defined Key Accounts.
* Apply business acumen to develop strategies and ensure excellence in execution.
* Establish and implement reliable forecasts with Top Key Accounts.
* Develop pricing/rebate policies in collaboration with Head Strategic Accounts and CFO.
* Design and implement go-to-market plans.
* Coordinate sales-related projects.
* Collaborate with KAM team, Head of Sales, and Marketing.
* Maintain outstanding personal and team knowledge in the area of Pharmaceutical market, Sandoz priority products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, and programs.
* Implement sales and marketing campaigns adhering to relevant Codes of Practice/regulations.
Key Performance Indicators include achievement of Sales and Profit targets on defined Key Accounts.
Travel: 75%
What you'll bring to the role:
* Fluency in French and Italian (written and spoken) is essential. German and/or English desirable.
* 3-5 years experience in a Key Account Manager role.
* Robust commercial acumen with ability to manage customer relationships.
* Experience in creating, modeling, and executing KAM-strategies and growth initiatives.
* Analytic capabilities to execute performance tracking process and lead governance to maximize commercial results and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences.
* Results-oriented and committed to excellence.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and optimistic.
* Highest standard of personal ethics and integrity.
