Your Tasks
1. Material disposition between our Swiss and international locations
2. Operational support of procurement for production and customer service in Switzerland
3. Professional management of a growing team of currently 5 employees
4. Methodical development of efficient cross-location strategies and processes
5. Definition and execution of data analysis and reporting
6. Contribution to the further development of our planning and control concept for Switzerland and our global network
With this you convince us
7. A completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
8. Several years of experience in material disposition, ideally in the aerospace or automotive/machine engineering industry
9. Leadership experience or proven competence in developing and motivating a team
10. In-depth knowledge of SAP and experience in optimizing ERP-supported material planning processes
11. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
12. Resilient, reliable, and independent personality with an analytical mindset and strong assertiveness
