Key Responsibilities
* Analyzing market and customer behavior to inform actions and generate leads for sales campaigns
* Continuously developing sales dashboards to improve churn prevention, upselling, and other revenue-related improvements
* Planning and managing technological product migration campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments
* Driving enhancements to sales order entry and customer revenues for short- and long-term planning
Skill Requirements
Evaluating Suitability
* Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, or a relevant field
* Several years of experience and strong knowledge in IT business analysis, data analytics, data mining, data warehousing, and AI algorithms
* Proficiency in data science platforms for data preparation, such as KNIME
* Solid experience in BI analytics for data visualization, e.g., Tableau
Competitive Qualifications
* Detailed understanding of the B2B telecommunications market and its offerings
