Your mission
* Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, you take over the responsibility of developing the business in the Benelux region.
* You maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and identifying upselling opportunities. You do this with a strong technology-driven approach, positioning yourself as a high-quality solution provider.
* You identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored technical solutions to prospective clients.
* To succeed, you collaborate with internal teams (back office, engineering and customer services at the HQ in Gremsdorf) to deliver seamless solutions and ensure client needs are met.
* To maintain a competitive edge, you stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
* You track and report sales activities, forecasts, and results to meet targets.
Your profile
* You have a couple of years of proven successful experience in a B2B sales role involving technical products or solutions with a longer sales cycle. Ideally in a comparable industry, such as machinery and plant construction, drive technologies, or capital goods for industrial applications requiring strong technical expertise (e.g., gearboxes, hydraulics, or drive systems).
* You are able to build a strong technical understanding of the products and solutions being sold, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* You build your success thanks to commitment, proactiveness, solution-orientation and tenacity.
* Your analytical, structured, and methodical approach enables you to tackle challenges effectively.
* Assertive and influential, you communicate with clarity and confidence. You thrive on creating, maintaining, and energizing networks, both within and beyond the organization.
* Independent and self-reliant, you balance autonomy with teamwork.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French or German is an asset.
